About
LF Ranch
Our Farm
My name is Tori Langman. I live on a 3rd generation ranch in south central Kentucky with my amazing family. We raise beef cattle, feeder pigs and occasionally have horses for sale. I got my artificial insemination certification for cattle. We use this in our program to improve genetics, health, and quality of our cattle. I train my personal horses for ranch horse all around. I am currently in school for a major in agriculture with a double concentration in Agriculture Education and Animal Science.
When I was younger I showed agility with my Miniature poodle, Paris. I also showed a little conformation with Paris and American Hairless Terriers. I leaned away from the dog show world for a time to focus on my horses and horse shows. With being in the agriculture and the horse show world I fell in love with the Miniature American Shepherd. I show a variety of performance events while also using my dogs on the ranch.
We strive to produce versatile Miniature American Shepherds that are conformationally correct, capable of performing their job and have excellent temperaments. Our goal is to have a dog that can easily thrive as both a performance dog and a family companion.
My puppies are raised using a mixture of puppy culture and exposure of everyday farm life.
All the dogs are Embark genetic tested, have OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) hips and elbows. They are also working on various tittles including, but not limited to, rally, Fast CAT, trick dog, CGC (Canine Good Citizen) and agility.
